Jeff Sanders

Jeff is Vice Chairman and Co-Managing Partner of the Global CEO & Board practice for Heidrick & Struggles. He serves as a member of the firm’s Global Management Committee. He previously served as Managing Partner of the North American CEO Practice. Prior to that, Jeff served as the Global Leader for the firm’s Software Practice. He joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1997. Jeff serves on the advisory boards of Carrick Capital, Growth Curve Capital, and Smith Point Capital. He is also on the Board of Trustees of Catholic Charities of New York. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he received a B.S. in business administration.
