Pam Feldstein is the Chief Controls Officer for TIAA where she is responsible for enhancing the business control environment from ideation through to execution. Pam is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience in operational and strategic leadership in the financial industry, including developing, planning, and executing risk and capital management frameworks through various economic cycles and phases of business transformation and growth. With a strong track record of attracting and developing top talent, she has built and led teams across functions and across the globe, and is dedicated to establishing a collaborative and productive working culture.
Prior to joining TIAA, Pam was the COO for Risk Management at GE Capital. Prior to becoming COO for Risk, Pam held a number of roles across Risk and Capital Management at GE Capital, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital and JP Morgan & Company. Pam has a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Barnard College of Columbia University and completed a Business Management program through The General Electric Company.
Pam is currently on the board of the Stamford Jewish Community Center. She is a past president, former development committee chair and long-serving board member of Carmel Academy, a private Jewish day school previously in Greenwich, CT.
Pam and her husband, David Loewenberg, live in Stamford and are parents to Eliza (University of Chicago ’23), Doron (SLS ’21 and University of Pittsburgh ’25), and Atara (SLS ’24). The Loewenbergs have been at St. Luke’s since 2019.
