St. Luke’s Senior Honored for Philanthropic Program Work

V. Parker
During a recent US Town Meeting, senior Jake Dobbin was honored for his dedicated work with the New Canaan Community Foundation's (NCCF) Young Philanthropists Program. High school students involved in the program learn about philanthropy, help select grant recipients, do hands-on volunteer work and take leadership roles in discussions and activities.

As NCCF's Cynthia Gorey shared with St. Luke's Upper School, "Jake has been involved in the program for several years and been an instrumental part of our group since he joined us. He is a real hands-on doer who jumps in and does his best in every situation and always with a smile." Kudos to Jake for living the St. Luke's mission.
