On May 23, the Fireplace Commons was filled with excited energy during the annual St. Luke’s Thespian Awards (known as The Thespies) which honored theatrical accomplishments of the past year. Donned in boas and bold hats, St Luke’s faculty presented the various awards—from Rising Star to Drama-Mama.
Videos shared during the ceremony reflected on the past year and looked ahead to additional accolades and future productions. The 2016-2017 St. Luke’s Theatre video montage was a great opportunity to see all theatrical accomplishments from this past year. When the Halo Awards nominations video was shared, there were lots of applause as St. Luke’s 30 nominations were revealed. The ceremony concluded with a 2017-2018 St. Luke’s Theatre upcoming season video.
