US Service Board Spends an Evening at Inspirica

V. Parker
Last Saturday night, members of the St. Luke's Service Board went to one of the Inspirica shelters. About a dozen students brought the makings for tacos and sundaes creating a welcome meal for the women and men staying there. In addition to eating and serving the meal, the students also had the chance to eat with those at the shelter. Thaise Sudano '18 commented, "It was a great opportunity to not just serve the meal but sit down and spend some time with the residents.”

The next Service Board activity is helping host the Special Olympics basketball tournament on February 27 from 3:00-5:00pm in the Athletic Center.
