St. Luke's entered three teams, and each team won at least two of three rounds of debates. Amelie Warneryd ‘20 and Cate Matthews ‘21 competed in the debate finals to win 2nd place overall. Amelie won best speaker for the entire tournament.

St. Luke's now has qualified two teams to participate in the Connecticut State Finals in March. Amelie and Cate will represent St. Luke’s at the state-level competitions along with Ruth Mercedes ‘20 and Laura Mercedes ‘20, who had previously qualified.
