St. Luke's Mascot Stormy Makes its Debut
Daniel Clarke
St. Luke’s new mascot, Stormy, made its debut appearance at the spring pep rally on Friday, April 22, in front of a packed Carey Gymnasium.
Stormy’s energy, dancing, and school spirit thrilled the crowd, with the mascot almost making a half-court shot to earn the student body a dress-down day. Luckily for Stormy, Caroline Lau ‘22 made her shot so the school will be granted a dress-down day later this year.
The new mascot was brought to life by the St. Luke’s Stormchasers Leslie Balkind and Aimee Mueller, who worked tirelessly to get Stormy to the Hilltop.
