Inside Look at the SLS Leadership Institute Experience
The St. Luke's Leadership Institute was designed to help students find their voice, broaden their perspective, grow their leadership capacity, and move our community forward in mission both on the Hilltop and beyond. In August, St. Luke’s hosted its first Leadership Institute on the Hilltop. This fall, a second group of St. Luke's Upper School students traveled to Camp Hazen YMCA in Chester, CT to participate in the overnight leadership training experience.
Through a range of activities and workshops, participating students had the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills in areas such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and self-awareness. The overnight retreat setting allowed students to step away from the daily routine and fully immerse themselves in this valuable leadership training experience.
