Alumni Awards Night Honorees Announced

Alumni Awards Night Honorees Announced

The St. Luke’s School Alumni Association Board has made its selections for the 2015 Alumni Artistic Achievement Award Recipient, and 2015 Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Class. Both of these tasks proved to be particularly difficult this year due to the large pool of worthy nominees. Those not selected in 2015 will be considered for future induction.

The Arts Committee of the Alumni Association Board undertook the task of identifying those individuals who have made significant contributions to, and/or professional achievements in, their chosen artistic field. The Award covers all artistic fields broadly defined to include, but not limited to, Performance Arts, Visual Arts, Design, Choreography, and Composition.

The Alumni Association Board Arts Committee takes great pleasure in announcing this year's recipient of the Alumni Artistic Achievement Award:
  • Payton Cosell Turner '04

The Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee was charged with identifying those individuals and teams who have had a lasting impact on our Athletics program.

The Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee takes great pleasure in announcing the members of the
St. Luke’s Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2015:
  • Harry W. Earle '42, Veterans Committee Inductee

  • Jon Murphy '53

  • Ed Burke Jr. '80

  • Amy Olsen Radev '95

  • 1972 Varsity Football Team

Thank you to those of you who submitted nominations this year, and for those who served as volunteers on the Alumni Association Board, and Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee. Your time, effort, and personal testimonials are greatly appreciated.

Presentation of the awards will take place during Alumni Awards Night Friday evening, October 16, 2015, as part of St. Luke's Homecoming celebration.
