designLab Open Makers Night: Learn to Solder!

Wednesday, October 14: Session #1 (4:00p - 5:30p) & Session #2 (6:00p - 7:30p)

Welcome to the kickoff of our Open Makers Night series!

Join the designLab on Wednesday, October 14 and learn how to solder! One of the fundamental skills necessary for basic electronics, soldering is the act of joining together two pieces of metal. In our case we will be soldering electronic components, such as resistors and capacitors, to a circuit board in order to build a simple electronics kit.

This event is open to Middle and Upper School families so please sign up as a student + parent and choose one of the two sessions. The cost of the evening is $40 which includes the cost of two electronics kits which you get to take home.
