Model UN Hosts Marvel-Themed In-House Tournament

Abby Abbott, Assistant Head of Upper School
The St. Luke’s Model United Nations Executive Board organized the last tournament of the year based on the Marvel Universe. Run as a fictionalized joint crisis simulation, delegates responded to plot twists and intrigue in real-time by passing directives, staging coups, and ultimately going to war. Though the villains ended up “winning,” delegates had a blast. A big shout-out to club president Reese Kubick and executive board members Cassidy Cui, Samantha Gerber, Malcolm Stewart, Jack Barker, and Gigi McWhorter for organizing and running the entire event and modeling what effective leadership in action looks like at St. Luke’s School.
