PA Pie Giveaway: A Sweet Start to Thanksgiving

Oh my, oh my, so many delicious pies were on display during the Parents’ Association’s Annual Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway. Faculty and staff selected one pie and then a second. SLS parent Claire Quinn said, “It’s our most successful pie day so far! Parents were very generous with their donations and faculty and staff were very happy and appreciative.” SLS parent Nisha Ram added, “We had a great volunteer turnout helping out today too.”

This Thanksgiving gift will keep on giving as the remaining pies will be donated to Inspirica families in Stamford. Thanks to the SLS Parents’ Association, the School’s faculty and staff are heading off for the long Thanksgiving weekend with their hands full of pies and hearts full of gratitude.
