Free Self-Defense Class at Grace Farms
The nonprofit Grace Farms and the New Canaan Police Department are teaming up to offer a free five week Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Prevention Class. Starting January 12, the class will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm or 7:45pm. Self-defense demonstrations will be taught by certified instructors to address the prevalence of sexual assault on college campuses.
This free self-defense class is open to all females high school age and older. Register at gracefarms.org.
