Middle School Artwork of the Week: Emilia von Lilien-Brockmeyer and Sarah Fleischer

Nancy Sarno
Congratulations to Liz and Emilia for creating the two Artworks of the Week!  Emilia made her intriguing artwork for the assignment to create a sculptural collage based on the theme of The Role of the Media in our Lives.  A girl appears to becoming consumed by the media as she stands next to one of countless ads that include a fashionable model.  Liz drew a beautiful sleepy cat with a little kitten about to pounce on her!  This is a completely original drawing that Liz conjured up from her memory and imagination!  Not so easy to do!
