Global Scholars Class Visited by International Soldiers

V. Parker
From Director of Global Studies Beth Yavenditti:

On March 30, the Global Scholars class had the opportunity to meet with two soldiers from the Israeli Defense Forces who were visiting the United States as part of the JCC Tzahal Shalom program. They spoke to our students about their roles in the IDF, the mission of the IDF, Israeli life and culture. It was a great opportunity for our students to connect with and ask questions of young people from a different part of the world and who can offer insights to another culture and perspective.
