What is Math? Video

V. Parker
Math is ________. If someone asked you to fill in that blank, what would you say? Every day, in so many ways, St Luke’s Math Department works with our students to help them complete that statement.

Watch this video to see what some of the St. Luke’s community shared when they were asked just that: Math is __________.

Join us for Middle School Math Family Game Night on Tuesday, Feb. 4, from 6:00-8:00 pm. The evening will be geared towards students in 3rd-8th grades, but all in attendance are welcome to participate. Upper School students and faculty will lead a variety of activities and our in-house chess experts will be on hand to teach skills and run games.

This event is sponsored by the Julie Robinson Math Festival. If you have any questions about our Middle School Math Family Game Night, please contact St. Luke’s Math Chair Mary Frederick at frederickm@stlukesct.org.
