St. Luke’s Music Department Chair, Dale Griffa, was recently honored as the recipient of the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Connecticut Chapter of the American Choral Directors Association (CT-ACDA). According to the CT-ACDA, this award is given to a professional in the choral field who has made lifelong and outstanding contributions, given distinguished service to the choral art and is active in the community through choral music.
Mr. Griffa will be recognized and celebrated at the CT-ACDA’s virtual awards presentation in early December.
As Head of School Mark Davis shared, “ I can’t imagine this award going to anyone more deserving.”
