Students Win National and Regional World Language Awards

Toward the end of each school year, St. Luke’s Middle and Upper School World Language Departments announce the winners of regional and national language competitions. This year, nearly 150 St. Luke’s students received recognition in the following: the American Association of Teachers of French (AATF) Outstanding Senior in French Award, the AATF Connecticut French Student Singing Competition, the Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools Talent Show and Shadow Puppetry Contest, and the Chinese Character Poster Contest. There were also dozens of medals and honorable mention winners for the National Spanish Exam and National French Contest.
