SLS PA: Mosaic Dinner Honoring Mark Davis - Sharing Our Voices
EAS
Wednesday, November 10 marked the last Mosaic Group dinner with Head of School, Mark Davis. All in attendance were thankful that we could meet in person and on campus for the delicious dinner and delightful company. Mark spoke about transition, curriculum and the importance of parental involvement, encouraging everyone to share their voices in order to keep growing and getting better together.
Mosaic Co-Chairs Moina Noor and Karla Sead, along with Uchenna Pratt (Parents’ Association VP of Community Life) presented Mark with a surprise gift to thank him for his continued support and commitment to Mosaic. There was even a “flash mob” singing of “I Will Survive” with special lyrics written by Karla Sead! Finally, the evening ended with comments made by several people to let Mark know that though he will be missed, he leaves behind a strong legacy and a grateful community.
